"These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God."

A Heart To Pray

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6)

"A Heart to Pray" -- Calvary Chapel Corona's Women's Intercessory Prayer Meeting meets every Wednesday morning at 9:30 am in the Nursing Mother's Room. We gather together to intercede on behalf of the needs of the body as well as our own personal needs.

The word "intercession" means intervention or work. We are here for a purpose. Even though at times we may be few, remember, we are strong in the power of His might."For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them." (Matthew 18:20)

Lord, let me live from day to day
In such a self-forgetting way
That even when I kneel and pray
My prayer will be for others.
